“ We ate here, four adults, and enjoyed the food! It's a unique twist on Asian and Mexican food. They are served separately out of different kitchens. We tried everything on the menu and enjoyed it all! There were no bad dishes, and that's impressive! I highly recommend the guacamole made by your table and get the spicy stuff on the side. My wife recommends chicken tacos. The drinks are also great all around! The only issue we had was our server being rude at the beginning. He was a bit snippy with us but warmed up after 20 minutes or so. We will definitely be back again! ”
“ Food was amazing! Table-side guacamole was so fresh and spicy wontons were the perfect amount of spice and flavor. Henry was a fantastic server. Restaurant had great vibes. Very very good lunch spot! ”
“ Located in the heart of the Cosmo food scene this place was a Spanish/Asian fusion at its spicy best. Everything hit just right, from the service, atmosphere, to the food. I’ve had hundreds of different salsas and theirs is my new favorite. Fair pricing considering the location too. ”
“ Ate at the bar (solo) while in town for meetings. The food was fantastic, and the bartender was very helpful and attentive. I was really hungry for Mexican food, so I didn’t sample any of the Chinese offerings. Weird combo, Chinese and Mexican side by side (not fusion)...but it seems to work because everyone around me having dim sum was yumming it up. I had the fresh guac, made table side, which was perfectly balanced, spiced just right, salty enough but not too salty, and those fresh chips were the perfect scoopers! Then I enjoyed the three blue-corn tortilla beef tacos with the consumer that I used for dipping. WOW, those were absolutely packed with flavor! Messy to eat, but I savored every bite and even licked my fingers clean (sorry mom). Definitely going back for more, maybe even two days in a row! Added pictures from day 2 visit. Same grub. Same wonderful flavors! ”
“ Everything we had was delicious and fresh, we didn't feel like we over ate even tho we had a lot of food. Not pictured are the rest of the veggie dim sum, a carnitas taco, and fish taco. Pictured (chicken lettuce wraps, forget the real name) were very good. That's fried sweet potatoes on top. We're going back while we're here to get the birria tacos bc we saw them being made and they looked too good. Highly recommend this place. ”
“ I came by China Poblano on the recommendation of reddit for Vegas spots that you should go to. And if was good! I got the tasting menu as well as the mimosa and the salt air margarita - the salt air is fun though it's a pretty standard margarita beneath. The chips and salsa are well seasoned and good to munch on throughout. My favorites were the chicken siu mai (a one bite dumpling full of some sort of amazing chicken , wish I could have a bunch), the twenty vegetables fried rice (like your classic fried rice, but well done, not oily, and loaded with veggies), and the mango sticky rice (no rice, so much mango, so cool and light and refreshing). The shrimp were interesting in a good way, the carnitas taco was pretty standard and very wet, the Caesar was good just wish there was more of it. Oh the seasoned wok veggies were great too, gonna try to make those at home. ”
“ So relaxing, wonderful table side guacamole service! First timers and the environment was kind, warm, and helpful. As I walked inside I saw a woman at the bar drinking something pink and I asked the server what she was drinking and she asked the bartender to find out. Street tacos are fabulous. Prices are good. ”
“ We dined at China Poblano inside The Cosmopolitan on our last day in Las Vegas, and we are so glad we did! The drinks were fantastic, the menu offered a great variety, and the food did not disappoint. The tacos with homemade tortillas were absolutely amazing—so flavorful and perfectly balanced! I can’t wait to go back and try the dim sum and Chinese noodles next time. Highly recommend! ”
